Welcome to tulis.org. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our open-source tools, software packages, and cloud instances designed by Dankedev.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our cloud dashboard at app.tulis.org, cloning our open-source codebase, or utilizing Tulis packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Open Source License
The self-hosted codebase of Tulis Backend is distributed under the permissive MIT License. You are free to modify, distribute, and run copies of the software commercially or privately. However, the name 'Tulis' and the domain name 'tulis.org' are trademarks of Dankedev.
3. Tulis Cloud Accounts & Workspaces
For paid managed instances in Tulis Cloud, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details (JWT tokens, password hashes) and all activity within your workspace. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying abuse or malicious activity.
4. Uptime & SLA Guarantee
Tulis Cloud guarantees a 99.9% uptime. In the event of system downtime or service interruptions, support requests will be reviewed and SLA refunds credited in accordance with our premium account policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Dankedev be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Tulis software, including but not limited to database corruptions, data loss, or server downtime.
