This Privacy Policy governs the use of products and hosting services provided under the domain tulis.org by Dankedev. We prioritize user privacy and ensure transparency regarding data collection, isolation, and handling.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as name, email address, password, and payment information when you sign up for Tulis Cloud. For open-source self-hosted installations, we collect absolutely zero information as the software runs entirely on your own infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Tulis Cloud platform, process transactions, secure user authentication (JWT), and send system updates or alerts relating to your workspaces.
3. Workspace Data Isolation
Data isolation is a priority. All workspace settings, posts, revisions, taxonomies, and media are scoped directly under database isolation queries (WorkspaceID) to guarantee that tenants never bleed or leak information into other accounts.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Storage
If you connect your workspace to third-party APIs or Cloudflare R2/S3 storage drivers, your content is subject to their privacy guidelines. We do not inspect, log, or persist files stored in your custom object storage containers.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to request access to, edit, or delete any personal information held in Tulis Cloud. Since you can export your entire content directory (including media paths and SQL dumps), you retain complete sovereignty over your content assets.
